Return Policy
In the unfortunate event you are dissatisfied with your purchase. You have 7 days from receipt of your purchase to notify us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with any tags attached. Once received, we will issue a store credit within 7 days.
Please email us at sales@raqueldenisehandbags.com with your invoice/order number. We will then email you your return authorization number and instructions. For all returns customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed! Any orders requested to be cancelled before being fulfilled will be issued store credit.
Sale items (if applicable)
ALL Sale Items are FINAL SALE. No Returns/Refunds/Store Credit on Sale Items.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will be notified.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.Â

Missing OrdersÂ
If your order is missing/shows delivered by the carrier, please following the below steps for updates and/or retrieval.
- File Claim with UPS
- File police report
- Allow 1-2 days for UPS feedback and/or updates.
Please note - The Raquel Denise Handbags is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customer(s) will assume all responsibility once the shipping carrier shows receipt of the order.
Please double-check that all information is input properly for shipping purposes before checking out.
Shipping addresses cannot be updated once tracking has been assigned to your order.
Customer assumes responsibility for costs associated with shipping both ways if order items must be sent back.Â
